A woman of 40 years of age comes with a vaginal discharge. It's bland, yellowish, thick, copious, a bit thready and always there. Her paternal grandmother has the same complaint.
She has had hip pain for about 4 years, worse from motion. This complaint is also in her mother's family. It hinders her in doing sport.
