He has a kind of cramp, knot, retraction sensation in his abdomen, his solar plexus. It feels as if the intestines do not work, the food does not flow, as if it is blocked. The upper abdomen is distended. It is worse from alcohol and at 5 am.
He had a slightly problematic childhood with many siblings and a lot of competition between them. He often had verbal and physical fights with his older brother. There was a lot of mocking and loud voices. One had to yell to be heard. The jesting and humiliation was extreme in connection with boyfriends and girlfriends, then the whole family would ridicule him or his siblings.
