644.61.05 Malus pumila, Case
Woman, 40, migraine.
Her migraines started in childhood when her parents threatened to divorce. It became worse after her father had a stroke. She has a pressing, sickening pain on her left side, behind her left eye, extending to ear. She is completely sick, cannot eat or drink anything and feels like a zombie. She feels warm, has flashes of light, congestion of her face, palpitations, looks weird, blue and purple and ears are fiery red. Her stomach feels locked and she has to vomit continuously, even blood. It is worse from chocolate, red wine, before menses and better when her menses start. Once she could not orient and had a tendency to fall. She yawns a lot several days before the migraine. She fears a heart attack.
She is allergic to nickel, pork, beans, birches, dust, mites, wool, chocolate, stone fruits; her mouth and lips get swollen from apples.
She had few diseases but her birth was difficult, she did not breathe well and was blue and taken into an incubator.
Her parents had to marry when her mother became pregnant with her. They did not have a good marriage, always disagreed, had financial problems, difficult contact with his in-laws and were always quarrelling. Her father recently had a heart operation and a stroke and cannot take care of himself but her mother does not want to take care of him.
She has an intense expression, looks anxious, as if left side of her mouth is sagging. She wants to express things very clearly and precisely.
She is a very precise bookkeeper.
