Meditation 1
1. A pigeon is flapping nervously, trying to offer me a granule.
2. Vertigo, sensation of falling backward slowly, 90 degrees backward, as if no ground is under me; it feels as a not unpleasant flow; light headed, floating.
3. A woman figure, Maria, war, with a radiating heart, she holds a receiver of a telephone near her ear, the telephone is at her feet in the water.
4. A waterfall with intense blue streams as of laser light, far away.
5. Pain above the right eye, pressing downward.
6. Nervous trembling feeling in chest, sternum.
7. Spiritual fertilisation.
Dream
My wife and I are on a party with family and friends, We have a new-born girl and everyone looks at her. Our daughter of 14 years is there too. Her name is Pompeloes. She’s a bit stubborn, rude at one side, but at the other side very sweet and lovely. She comes and sits on my lap. But “isn’t she a bit too old for that”. Later on we leave. I’m out already with Pompeloes, my wife comes later but without baby. I ask her where the baby is. She reacts “oh” I forgot her and goes in to get her.
Dream
A doctor is setting bones that are broken by traction with his bare hands.
An archaic landscape, a shepherd passes by. A plane, eternal landscape, is stays and changes at the same time, this is important.
Alone and connected.
Sensation
Lonely, sad, resigned.
Cramp in the neck in the morning on stretching.
Mediation 2
1. Grief and anger from not being recognised, accepted; feeling as a suppositious child; the feeling arose form the upper abdomen to heart and throat were it was stuck with a lump feeling; the feeling that it could not be said.
2. Whispering is better, then you’re not noticed so much and can find your own way and place somewhere in between.

Open, desire company, talkative, asking about others, sympathetic, loving.
Closed about deep affairs.
Lonely, sad, resigning, staying on their own, finding their own small territories.
