665.73.12 Nicotiana tabacum, Case
Woman, 30, anxiety attacks.
She has a nervous tension. She has a fear of being alone, losing her husband and being far away from home. She has a fear that she will die or commit suicide. She hyperventilates when she travels on a train. She feels better at home, in company and with her husband. With the anxiety her breathing is shallower and she feels cold and stiff.
In the past she easily had nausea and vomiting from riding in a car when travelling on holiday. The nausea is worse from warm chocolate, coffee, liquorice and fat. With it she has cold sweat on her face and vertigo on rising. She is easily seasick and can have vertigo for five days after being on a boat. She cannot stand roundabouts or looking at things turning.
She easily sees things as a disaster and does not know what to do and how to handle the children. After her pregnancies she was very chaotic, completely out of the world and tense. She could not be happy anymore. She has the feeling that she is nothing and cannot do anything without others. Without others there is no reason to live anymore. She has the feeling that everything she does is unimportant and that everyone can do without her.
As a child she was fearful and sleepless. She was homesick and very emotional. She felt ashamed when she could not do anything, for herself. She was called an annoyance. It all felt like her own fault. She often did the nasty jobs for her rivals and sisters and helped her mother do the housework. She was teased a lot by her brothers and sisters about her faintness and reading girl’s books.
She is caring and nice. She likes to be cheerful and cannot stand quarrels.
