665.23.14 Gentiana cruciata, Case
Woman, 30, eczema.
She has eczema on her left foot. It is located on the edge of her sole, near her first two toes and looks like a fungus, it itches. It is worse in the evening, worse before menses and from walking barefoot. It has to do with her problems with her husband and his family.
She feels that she is not acknowledged by her family-in-law, that she is not allowed to be who she is. As long as she adapts it is all right. Her sister-in-law claims her children because she has no children herself and no relationship. She wants to take her children even without asking. Sometimes she gets angry with her, but that does not help. They have poor communication about it all so it is difficult to come to a solution. Her mother-in-law disapproves of her when they do not visit on the weekend. She feels unsure, has a fear that she will be treated negatively, that she will be disapproved of because she is not being good, not sweet, but nasty.
Her digestion is not perfect. She often has constipation which is better from drinking a lot. When the constipation lasts too long she gets a headache. Before her menses she can have diarrhoea.
She has lower backaches, worse from lifting too much and worse before menses. It comes from a weak pelvis and started after the pregnancies.
At 10 she had meningitis.
Dream: people break off their relationship with her and she cannot reach them anymore.
Dream: swimming through air but not advancing, not moving through the air.
General
Weather: chilly.
Time: < 9 till 11 pm.
Desire: chocolate, drop.
Aversion: fat, cream.
Food: < fat, it gives nausea.
Analysis
Gentianaceae: her family-in-law does not acknowledge her; dreams people break off their relationship with her and she cannot reach them anymore.
Stage 14: avoiding the problem; let it be.
Follow up
A month after Gentiana cruciata MK she feels much better. Her eczema is 40% better. As a reaction she was very tired, the greatest after two days. She felt that the troubles with her husband and her family-in-law were enough. They had a good discussion. She feels stronger, is less interested in what they think of her. She is more herself. She said to her lamenting sister-in-law “why do you do this when I have trouble with it?”.
Her digestion is good. Her backaches worsened in the beginning. but disappeared after that.
