Arctostaphylos uva-ursi

Case Arctostaphylos uva-ursi

A woman of 70 comes with rheumatic complaints. The right hand and foot hurt, as well as the left ankle and elbow. The left ankle has often been thick. The right hand is deaf. There is also pain in the right shoulder that pulls towards her ear and carries a bag. The symptoms are < cold moisture and weather change and < squeezing clothing.
She tends to fall when she bends down.
Previous history:
From her 18th headache at sleep with nausea and insomnia, < before menstruation. It had arisen after her father had become demented.
Breasts on the left, the births of her 6 children were heavy, because she had heavy children.
In 1955 her gallbladder was removed.
Cystitis with pain especially after urination.
The menopause was terrible, lasted 9 years with irregular small amounts of fluid and a lot of head and abdominal pain.
In 1974 she had a 'brain haemorrhage', the whole right side was paralysed, she was tired and had a feeling of flu. Since then she has had an empty deaf feeling behind the right ear, the sense of touch of her right hand is less, and she tends to walk to the right. The headaches are then gone.
In 1980 she bruised 3 ribs in a collision.
In 1985 she fell on her tailbone and then walked with crutches for six months. The breech still hurts in humid weather and weather changes.

Time; Evening, then, is tired.
Menses little and late.

< Onion, fries, spiced. she gets a full feeling of that. Mind
She's very worried especially about her husband who has a lot of complaints. She is afraid that he may have cancer or become demented. She has also experienced this with her father. She used to be worried about her mother, about her children. She finds it annoying that her husband no longer has any thoughts for her and no longer wants to go out with her. He is all aware of his own problems and complaints. Dreams: about looking for shirts and shorts, about war, about her father, about her husband that he runs away.
She is the youngest of 9 children and her mother kept the children together until her death at the age of 84.
