Botany
Herb; quickly spreads by pups to form a texturally stunning, bright green, weed-suppressing mat of 8” high and wide red-edged rosettes; 20 cm tall.
Stem: tall, showy red.
Leaves: bright green ; hairy looking edges.
Inflorescence: large, dense clusters on top of stems.
Flowers: cheerful yellow; blooming in spring.
Pollination: by bees, butterflies.
