Case Ranunculus bulbosus

On 0-4-997 I see a 4-year-old, hard-working, hurricane-looking system administrator at a medium-sized company.
The reason he comes to me, on the advice of his wife, is besides a little deafness an enormous beep tone in both ears.
This started without reason two and a half years ago. This appointment could hardly be made and had to be made after work at 8.30 am. He is then a bit irritated talking extensively about his work and later on his complaints.
Since a year he has always had a blocked nose and therefore a chronic cold. A visit to an ENT doctor did not provide a solution. Not even for the beep in his ears.
He also has a lot of problems:
- Headaches, he often gets up with a headache. In the past he had migraines, before that he went to a magnetiseuse. This one worked for free so she didn't "fuck with" him. Since that visit he no longer had any symptoms of migraine.
- Rigid legs, especially at the back, always on the right side, the strongest. "It
is a burning tight feeling through the whole leg. It may sound crazy, but I often wanted them off, that's how bad it is. At first they thought that
it was a herniated disc because of the excessive strain, but it's not."
- Back pain, often I can not walk upright there are two tires a
at the level of my tailbone and one around my diaphragm.
- Cholesterol too high was 9.0 mmol/l now with medication (Zocor dd 40mg) 5.0 mmol/l.
Medication:
Zocor 40mg p day.
Vit B on own initiative.
Former diseases:
0-the year meningitis then headaches Migraine helped by magnetizer.
7th year hip surgery bone bacteria.
History:
Youngest of children elderly have known a lot of poverty, but he has had a warm good childhood.
Married at 9th, stable marriage, a son turns 22.
Relationship with parents:
Mother: excellent bond (7th yr deceased, 0 D.M.) was progressive, he was
..like home.

Father: not really bad. Father was sickly working hard and on Sunday - his day - he was often drunk in his memory, too late for dinner which caused quarrels at home. On his ejr father was disapproved, then he lived in his own world. He had enough bigger brothers and didn't really need a father.

No talker, old chagrin. At home I don't have to be cozy.
Big difference between behaviour at work and at home. At work I like to be in the centre of attention, sociable, enjoy entertaining others, at work
a lot of people also talk about phones and English.
Home: gloomy, aversion to new things, visit, need for only
are, one shouldn't get too close. Consolation just happens, can't really allow it at first and runs away, but later on it's pleasant. Not fast
angry, but grumbles a lot at his own wife and is frantic when driving a car. (observation: takes no responsibility for emotional home situation)
Dear wish:
Moving to Drente: No people around you.
Fears:
- that something happens at home (with animals!) - standing still in the tunnel (why don't you know) - fire
- thunder is delicious

Comatose, dreams not remembered.
