6.8 Neodymium nitricum case

A man of 35 years of age has abdominal complaints. He has pain in his stomach and lower abdomen, worse from coffee, alcohol, too much food, fat, fried oil and spicy food. It's better after stool. He has quite bad bloating. It started at the time he had tensions with his wife. She's demanding, not warm and loving and doesn't want to have sex.
Another complaint is with his prostate. He has dribbling of spermatic fluid. He has pain in his inguinal region with a sensation of a tennis ball, extending to his testicles and thighs. He has a mild, burning pain in his lower back with pressure in his buttocks. The tip of his penis has burning before urination.
He has recurrent cough with the feeling of water in his lungs. He feels asthmatic, as if he could not breathe. He has pain in his chest, with the sensation of bubbles that to escape from his chest.
He had palpitations, with stitching in the heart region. It has been diagnosed as ventricular extra systoles. It feels as if the heart is in a stampede, worse from exertion, lying on his left side and relaxation after work. The palpitations started in a period when he was divorced and had a new relationship with a hysterical woman.
He has had epididymitis on the left side, three times.
Other complaints: bleeding gums, sensitive nipples, shoulder, inflammation left eye.
He was an unwanted child, because his father wasn't earning enough money.
His father was authoritarian, but often away from home. He was afraid of his father. His mother was very bossy, telling him "you cannot achieve much". She was very precise, but not able to handle the household. He left home at 19 for study.
His relationships have mostly been problematic. At 20 he was left by his girlfriend that he was very much in love with. He felt it like octopus tentacles around his heart. An aura reader told him that it had to do with a past life, where he had fled from a monastery and that put him under a curse of loneliness. In relationships he doubts if they really love him. He has a fear of being too attached.
He is a teacher at a high school. Gradually he became more a manager, making the schedules for school and the like.
He hates routines and likes new things. He needs something new to give him a challenge. He fears that he doesn't do his work well. This gives him pressure, hurry and an agitated feeling.
He lacks self-confidence, has an inferiority complex and fears what others will think of him. On the other hand he is brimming over with self-confidence, like in his work for the radio. Then he can keep going on. He's mostly over-enthusiastic, taking on many tasks. He can be tense, with pressure on his chest.
He's always worrying and can become very emotional and sentimental. He likes to give warmth to people. He wants to be the best.
As a hobby he makes radio-programs, because he likes music. He can develop himself there.
He hates authority. He likes games.
Dreams: erotic; of his work.
Fear: heights.

Analysis
It took some 14 years before I could find the right remedy.
The first pointer leading to the solution was the genital problems; problems with prostate, testicles and penis. This indicates the Gold series.
But he's not a real manager, more a planner for others like making schedules. And he hates authority. These indicate the Lanthanides.
In the beginning I was confused about the stage. He lacks self-confidence on the one hand, which points to Stage 2-9. But on the other hand, he is flowing over with self-confidence, which indicates Stages 10 till 13. The word overflowing indicates mostly Stage 12: it's "over", too much. The confusion can be seen in the prescriptions of Praseodymium muriaticum and Terbium nitricum.
Things became clearer with the decision for nitricum. There are many indications for nitricum as presented in the list below. Then it became clear that the confusion was a confusion of the two elements. The lack of self-confidence belongs to the Lanthanides, the overflow of self-confidence to Nitrogen.
The Lanthanide is then Stage 6, Neodymium. It has lack of self-confidence, but will achieve anyhow.

Lanthanides: hates authority, authoritarian father, <- commanding, tense
Gold series: manager, fear heights, prostate, epididymitis, testicles, inflammation eye.
Stage 2-9: "you cannot achieve much", lacks self-confidence, inferiority complex.
Stage 6: challenge, achieving.
Carbon series: < dark, < alone, milk.
Nitricum: overflowing with self-confidence, enthusiastic, pressure, hurry, agitated, likes games, bloating, palpitations, stampede, sensation tennis ball, < fat, < fried oil, left-sided.
Follow up
After Neodymium Nitricum MK he gradually starts feeling better. He has less trouble with his intestines. He has a lot of energy. His prostate problems are almost gone.
In the course of 2 years the remedy is repeated about 3 times when the problems returned a bit. His quality of life rose from 70 to 90.
In the 14 years he had been in treatment before he got the Neodymium nitricum he had been given: Carcinosinum, Staphysagria, Sulphur, Selenium, Clematis (6*), Symphytum, Berberis, Laurocerasus, Juncus, Spirea ulmaria, Geum urbanum (6*), Magnolia, Chimaphila umbellata, Gossypium, Ruthenium, Coriandrum sativum, Sepia, Apocynum, Oleander, Praseodymium muriaticum, Terbium nitricum. None had a lasting effect, although he felt better from time to time and developed in many aspects, such as in his relationships.
