Man, 50, jerking limbs.
He has jerking of his limbs, especially his legs in his sleep especially at the beginning of his sleep. He knows this from his wife. He has spasms over his whole body, his arms and legs.
He worries about his independence and has a fear of becoming dependent on his work.
He has always been compliant and has an aversion to conflicts. His parents never quarrelled and in puberty he did not provoke things or protest against his parents. The parents also had fostered children and he helped in caring for them. He is a caring type, also for people at his work.
His senses are going down a bit. At the end of the day he gazes at the computer screen. His eyes feel tired after a day working with the computer: they are red, burning and pricking. It can go together with nausea and is worse from some kinds of after shave, eucalyptus and tobacco.
His smell is diminished.
Analysis

Follow up
One month after Zizia MK he feels better. The jerking off his limbs is less and it is only in his legs now. He sleeps better and his vision and smell have become more precise. His vision becomes better and he does not need reading spectacles anymore. His condition becomes better and he loses weight easily. He is more positive and stable, makes more plans.
He has moved, is less extreme, more stable.
After a period he develops a cough in the night with the tickling in his throat going deeper and deeper into his chest. The cough was worse from sitting down and change of position. After some repetitions of Zizia the cough disappears.
He lost 3 to 4 kg in three months. His physical condition is improving because he starting going to fitness training. He has some jerking, but very little and light, when he has stress. He stopped smoking, he does not like cigars anymore.
