Wyethia helenioides

666.44.07 Wyethia helenioides, Case
Woman, 25, vaginitis, coeliac disease.
She has itching vaginal discharge which is worse after swimming, coition and in the evening and which is better when she is occupied. It is diagnosed as a candida infection.
She has hayfever since early childhood, with allergies to grass and trees. With that her eyes are swollen, her eyelids are red and she has an obstructed nose. The complaints are worse in the morning on waking, worse in autumn and worse in a dusty damp house. She has the feeling that her resistance is lowered. She also has recurrent asthmatic bronchitis with wheezing, difficult breathing and coughing. She feels mucus is locked in her bronchi, worse from cats. She can have coryza with fever of 39°, obstructed nose, muscle pains in her diaphragm, sneezing, an obstructed throat and shivering from the cold in the night at 3 am. Sometimes she also has itching in her ears and palate with it.
She is born with coeliac disease which gives frequent abdominal pains when she has eaten wheat. It feels then as if she had been in a boxing match. She often wakes from it at three o’clock in the night.
At 13 she had a fracture of 3 vertebrae after a fall during gymnastics. At 21 she had pains in her neck and arms which was diagnosed as thoracic outlet syndrome. Her pulse was not detectable and she had numbness of her fingers and forearms. She still has some kind of numbness and tingling of her hands and forearms.
She is studying to be a teacher which she likes very much.
Friends are very important, to talk to and to get help from when there are problems. She likes to be seen as nice and friendly by her friends. She is active in maintaining friendships as they are very important to her. She likes to have a cosy time talking to each, exchanging opinions and points of view. But on the other hand she wants to do her own things. When she was studying she had the fear that she would not be accepted anymore by her friends when she would come back to her home village.
She likes order and the regular life of or has an aversion to disorder.
She can be quite unsure, especially what she was in puberty. When things do not go as they should she starts thinking that she has done something wrong.
She has a good contact with her family and she never criticises her parents. Her family was harmonious and she had a happy childhood. In primary school she was a blabbermouth and she could hurt people that way. Due to that she worried that she would not belong to the group. She had to learn what to say and not to say.
She has a fear when she is alone in the dark. She feels restless which makes her irritated because she is so preoccupied with health.

Follow up
After Wyethia helenoides MK she starts doing much better: her energy is increased and her complaints are diminishing very much. Her hayfever complaints went down very fast. Her vaginal problems are gone after a month. The first day after the remedy she had a high fever with an obstruction in the whole head, red cheeks, alternating heat and cold, right sided coryza and was really ill but it lasted only one day. After a week she developed an itching eczema in the hollow of her right elbow, which lasted for a few weeks and then gradually disappeared.
Three months and three repetitions later her allergies and the vaginal problems are gone and she has fewer problems with her coeliac disease. She feels happy, healthy and at ease and is not preoccupied with her complaints anymore.
