Woman, 60, fatigue.
The fatigue is progressing for years. She has abdominal pains extending to her back, worse in the night and better from walking. She has attacks of frontal headache with vertigo and nausea. She has pains in her muscles and joints, her hands and feet. Her menses was always very copious with pelvic pains, coming from her back around her sides.
She is married to an irritable, grumpy man who complaining about his disease. She has fights with his family, a sister-in-law who wants to dominate the family. She sometimes has regrets about her marriage.
At 18 she was engaged to a man who left with his family to a foreign country. She wanted to join him but her sick mother did not allow her as she needed her. This gave her much grief, headaches and illnesses. She was very much in love with him, it was as if a spark was exchanged between them and she was very welcome in his family.

Analysis
The menstrual pain, coming from the back over the sides is very typical for Viburnum opulus. She only told the story of her great love at 20 after specific questioning on love affairs.

Follow up
Shortly after Viburnum opulus MK she started doing much better, has much more energy and feels more relaxed. Her joint pains are gone. Her headache was aggravated after 3 days for about a week and then disappeared.
