Sensation: stinging, piercing deeply, cutting, like electric.
Weather: flushing.

Body
General: burning, stinging pain, violent heat, shocks, with swelling and shiny redness pain, over whole body, all joints, arms, legs, head, face, with itching, insensibility; in extreme cases with nausea, vomiting, faintness, giddiness, trembling, slow pulse, heart scarcely perceptible, feeling of dying at night; edema; quinsy;Cchemosis.
Fever: heat, with sick feeling, vertigo, almost faintness.
Nervous: trembling, quaking, chattering of teeth; nervi-muscular excitement.
Vertigo: dizzy, > lying on back, with fever, delirium
Head: headache; face and head swollen and inflamed; alopecia.
Eyes: itching of right lid in evening, with swelling; pain in lid and ball, erysipelatous inflammation of lid, whole side of face painful and swollen, almost complete chemosis of conjunctiva. Inflammation of right eye, with baggy swelling of conjunctiva; ophthalmia.
Ears: Purulent catarrh of middle ears.
Face: livid; smooth, dark red, bloated; pain in cheek as if pierced with red-hot needles; swelling: of face, body, and limbs, of cheek
Mouth: swelling; tongue swollen, tense, red, filled the mouth, swelling below chin; swelling of palate.
Throat: swelling; pain burning, hot, sore, < swallowing, painful and difficult; inflammation; could not speak, only mumbling; tonsils big, hypertrophied secreting cheesy matter; glottis, spasm.
Lungs: respiration impeded, from swelling of palate.
Heart: aching in heart; pulse slow, almost imperceptible, rapid, small, irregular, tumultuous, with violent beating of carotids.
Stomach: cold; heavy; eructation; nausea, vomiting, < evening, < indoors, with weight in stomach, with faint feeling and trembling; indigestion, with flushing.
Abdomen: uneasiness in abdomen.
Urinary: tender, deep pressure in renal region; incessant enuresis; burning micturition in women; remittent dysuria with backache; haematuria; enuresis; itching.
Male: swelling of scrotum and penis.
Female: pain in left ovarian region; menses intermittent, brown, with pain and flatulence: premenstrual syndrome with mental depression, pain, pressure and constipation; uterus, ulcerated.
Back: pain in left side of neck, waking her at night, preventing her from turning it to left side, > lying on back, > on right side.
Limbs: neck, arms, and chest swollen and shining red; pain, sprained, in left shoulder, axillary glands swollen, < motion, < lifting or twisting arm; aching in hand and arm.
Skin: swollen, shiny red, scarlet rash, heat, pain, aching, burning, tender, stung part, < > then cold water, with restlessness at night, with irritation, nettle-rash, < scratching; abscesses over whole body, causing emaciation: itching, whole body, < 3 to 4 am, > application of vinegar; burning after scratching; abscesses, multiple; boils; wheals, macules and swellings with burning, stinging and sore, > vinegar; erythema multiforme.
