Boy, 2, diarrhoea.
He has diarrhoea with acrid, sticky, offensive, very dark almost black stool. His buttocks are affected and very painful.
He is very upset that he does not see his father very much anymore since his parents separated. He is very attached to him and tried to bring harmony tp the relationship between his parents.

Stage 16: does not see his father.
