Vanilla planifolia
Remedy code: 3-633.72.04
A 16-year-old girl, she appears mature, radiates calmness, is alert, and attentive without being burdened by it. She speaks for herself a lot, and comes across as independent, with a calmness towards her mother, stemming from an understanding of the situation, not out of courtesy. Her head is broad and calm, and her eyes are strong. She can make quick decisions, but not about financial matters. She has self-insight, is naturally, sharp, and without prejudice. Natural beauty, her build, refined face without any charge. Nothing indicates a feeling of being 'judged'; it is a feeling of equality and strong autonomy without charge. She is stressed about the school exams. Additionally, she is very often tired, but she rests well during vacations. During stressful times, she is busy in her head, worried and grumpy towards the family, or very angry, for example, during meals, when they ask about school or talk about it, which can cause an explosion. Her effort at school is 100%. The stress and complaints disappear as soon as she gets her grades back. This effort has always been there; she wants to do well in the things she is good at. After school, she wants to do something with law, and politics; justice is an important theme for her. Now she is tired, has no desire for anything, she is quiet, the stress causes headaches and abdominal pain, and she is dizzy when getting up. Headache: throbbing in the head all day, pain on the vertex, worse when bending over, and better in the open air. The abdominal pain is in the middle of the abdomen, at the stomach it tightens, and a kind of cramp comes now and then, often after eating. She once had a shoulder injury due to overexertion in a combat sport. She liked it after a trial lesson, because of the nice people, learning new things that you don’t use in daily life. Furthermore, she is creative, draws, makes clothes, and reads novels and non-fiction.
Menses: uses the pill because of heavy bleeding and a lot of pain. She is rarely sick, even as a child. Now she sleeps a lot, normally she goes to bed late. Dreams: occasionally something terrible, or that she can fly. Just before her, a 6-month-old baby died, which was intense for the parents. Her mother continued on autopilot; it felt like survival, there was a lot to arrange. The daughter's name means 'happiness,' and they found it a beautiful name. Mother has a very thin and childish voice; it seems like she is watching from a distance, a spectator, the daughter calls her somewhat narcoleptic. Remarkable is her self-awareness and the maturity she radiates, which contrasts with the stress during exams, thus attributable to perfectionism. After Buteo, the exams went without stress, without abdominal pain, and headaches were less frequent. The fourth week I had a lot of itching, in my neck, shoulder, and inner side of the forearm, with some rough rash, and itching during the day. The shoulder injury pain returned temporarily. After four months, she is doing well, but she now gets angry faster, she starts yelling, she is then frustrated, and she doesn't want to listen to her parents. Her voice is now very light, almost transparent, very clear, she searches for answers in the space in front of her with her eyes half-closed or looking upwards. After a lot of stimuli, stress from school makes it worse. You then see that she is quiet, drifting in the ocean. 'She is working against a mountain.' She explains that she is then in herself, seeks distraction, and wants it to be quiet. The energy is low, the eyes want to close, a lot of sleeping. Anger is usually related to school. She has a goal in mind, which is in her way. She sets the bar very high. In general, she is calmer, and kinder to herself.

Analysis
Silicon series: the exam fear is less, she is kinder to herself, maybe a bit lazier, but overall she still has a lot of stress, which manifests as anger and tiredness. The high, childish voice stood out. She is in the second pregnancy, so also look at the mother. Tension in the head, the thinking, the medulla oblongata (the emotions), and also in the pelvis (the menstrual complaint is camouflaged by pill use) fits with Silicon series3, the Lilliidae.
Phase 7: Before her birth, there was a stillborn baby, which the family is still very aware of. This could be a burdensome or guiding factor, fitting Phase 7 of the Lilliidae, the Orchidales. Phase 2: Outbursts of tension are known from the Magnesiumsalts, making this a characteristic of Phase 2, here as a Subphase, the Vanilloidae. Vanilla planifolia is placed in stage 4, fitting the tension before exams and tension with new things, and the shutting off, being in oneself, compare that with Cerium.
Rubric 'anger approach' mentions Vanilla. Prescription Vanilla planifolia C200.

Follow-up
After 3 weeks: it went well, she hasn't been angry anymore and hasn't had outbursts. She had an exam week, with retakes, and many deadlines: there has been enough hectic. But she doesn't have as much stress from exams, it went well, she went to bed early and was well-rested. Once she had a weird dream, that she was dealing with euthanasia, but she didn't want it (this week was the birthday of her stillborn brother). It wasn't a pleasant dream. The movement in her sleep, sleepwalking, and shouting still occur but are less frequent. They noticed at home immediately that she was much calmer, and she had more energy: now she could get through the lessons, previously she couldn't absorb the information and would just close her eyes. There was a flu going around, but she only had a bit of a cold. The shutting off is minimal, occasionally for a few seconds, then she has a hood on, for example. Mother is also much more relaxed, open, and happier; she says she now worries less, and she couldn't do anything for her daughter. The following years continue to go well.
