Woman, 30, polyp.
She has polyps on her vocal chords; her voice is hoarse especially with excitement and tension.
She has chronic coryza, she always a nasal discharge, throat pain worse from talking and a mucus discharge which is thick, slimy, white or green and offensive. It started after a maxillary sinusitis. She has attacks of sneezing, 10 times one after another, worse from coughing and choking, worse from smoke and chlorine.
She has good and warm parents, but they expect a lot from her, giving her the feeling that she cannot fulfill their expectations. She is nervous when she has to do something that is difficult.
She is ambitious, likes it when people appreciate what she does. She would like to be introduced Esperanto and do things for the environment.
She is cheerful and lively; more so when she is with people who are open to her.
She weeps easily, almost hysterically at times from discussions.
She is absent, chaotic, lacks structure.
