Woman, 30, fatigue.
She has abdominal cramps from distress of her work.
She has a fungal infection between her toes.
She has a boyfriend and is very much in love with him but she does not know if she can continue with him as there are so many differences between them. He wants to live in a village, she in a city. He wants to go back to his country and his family and she is afraid to become a side person in his family. He likes the woods whereas she likes the open view of a coast. She wants to have children and he does not want to have them yet.
