Solanum pseudocapsicum

Solanum pseudocapsicum
Woman, age 47, thryoiditis and premenstrual syndrome.
Her partner has ended a relationship with her. This relationship was very difficult and lasted for five years. She has a feeling that her partner used her just for sex. He did not want to introduce her to his friends. She felt very humiliated by this. After this she got thyroiditis and very painful premenstrual syndrome. She uses L thyroxin. She feels that this relationship is the reason for her complaints.
She says he behaved like a psychopath. He humiliated her and once he threatened to kill himself if she would leave. She feels that he tortured her. Once she cleaned his house and he started to yell at her, how she dared to do that. She was very adaptive. She says she walked on tiptoes around him in order to avoid conflicts. She says she was not herself in that relationship. She did not argue with him. She still loves him, and separation is very painful for her. She is not able to really leave the relationship.
She works as an instructor of yoga. She wants to work on herself spiritually. She has a fear of ghosts and when she had a fever, she saw ghosts in the past. She fears dark deep water. There could be some sharks.

Analysis
Asteranae, Lanthanides: she works on herself spiritually, she knows her relationship is reason for her complaints.
Lamidae: instructor, Silver series, of yoga, Lanthanides.
Phase 7: partner is like psychopath, threatening to kill himself; feels tortured.
Solanales, Phase 7: fear of dark, fear of ghosts, saw ghosts when she has high fever.
Solanoideae, Subphase 2: adaptive, walking on tiptoes in order to avoid conflicts.
Solanoideae: it is known that Dulcamara fears deep water, as she cannot see the bottom. I had a case of Jaltomata procumbens, where a patient had a fear of deep water due to sharks. In repertory, tomato is in rubric fear of sharks. This patient has fear of deep water and sharks. So I assume that fear of sharks and deep water can be prominent especially in Solanoideae.
Stage 13: Cannot really leave the relationship. She still loves him.
Prescription: Solanum pseudocapsicum 200C.

Follow up
After one month her premesntrual syndrome has dramatically improved. After two months her GP told her that thyroiditis is gone. She does not need L-thyroxin anymore.
After one year she is still complaint free, however I assume she needs some other remedy too, as she still cannot really leave the relationship. She is still longing for her partner.
