Solanales

Solanales
English: Nightshade order.
Botany: corolla plicate; interal phloem.
Content: tropane alkaloids; iridoids lacking; withanolides.
DD: Fluorine; Silver series; Lanthanides.

Plant theory 2
The classification of the first version of the Plant theory is mostly retained. The newly recognised subfamilies of the Solanaceae, Cestroideae and Goetzeoideae, are placed in Subphase 6 and Subphase 7. This is with good confirmation of the Cestroideae.
Montiniaceae, Sphenocleaceae and Hydroleaceae are still not placed due to lack of homeopathic information.

Plant theory 1
The Apg3 classification was adopted. Solanaceae is placed in Phase 7 with the strorng connection to violence and war. Solanaceae was split into 5 subfamilies, that were placed in Subphase 1 to 5.
Convolvulaceae was placed in Subphase 6, and its monogeneric subfamily Cuscutaceae in Subphase 7.
Montiniaceae, Sphenocleaceae and Hydroleaceae were not placed due to being very small and lack of homeopathic information.

Taxonomy
In the Apg3 classification the Solanales has 2 big families, the Solanaceae and the Convolvulaceae. It has 3 smaller families, Montiniaceae, Sphenocleaceae and Hydroleaceae.
In previous classifications also the Boraginaceae and Hydrophyllaceae have been associated with the Solanales, but in the later Apg3 classification they have been put in their own order, the Boraginales.
The Cronquist system also included the families: Duckeodendraceae; Nolanaceae; Cuscutaceae; Retziaceae (now in Stilbaceae); Menyanthaceae (now in Asterales); Polemoniaceae (now in Ericales); Hydrophyllaceae (now in Boraginales).
