Introduction
A man drags himself along on a road, on both sides, on his shoulders he drags two other men with him. He does not give up, despite the unavoidable fate, from responsibility for his fellow men he continues.

Mind
Soft and fluffy, however, is pull-resistant and robust.
On the edge of the road, expulsion, death march.
Just drag on.
Knowing, it does not make sense, but continues.
Hope, only a few days one has to go on.
Just hold on, we'll make it.
Whoever can not go on anymore is dead.
Responsible for his fellow men.
Superhuman effort, will to live.
People who survived the worst circumstances.
Children and descendants of such people.
They take that out of responsibility for their fellow human beings. They bear the suffering of the others.
Survivors.
Viktor Frankl.

Body
Neck tension, drawing pain in both arms with stiffness and cracking. Knee pain with stiffness.
Ankylosing spondilitis, can only stand upright, not able to bend forward. Pain in the lumbar spine with immobility.
