Philcoxia goiasensis
Genus: 4 species.
Region: Brazil.
Botany: resembles Utricularia; subterranean stems; leaves peltate, at or below the surface; five-lobed calyces.
Habitat: white sand in the midst of cerrado vegetation, elevation 800 to 1450 m; carnivorous, digestive enzymes such as phosphatases, prey digestion and nutrient uptake.
