Persicaria punctata

663.66.12 Polygonum punctatum, Case
Woman, 50, fatigue.
The fatigue started after caring for her father, who was ill for 2 years and had suffered a lot. She had also moved and had to travel with traffic jams a lot. Sometimes she would fall asleep in the traffic jam. The fatigue is worse with grey dark weather and at 1 pm.
She has backaches in the lumbar and sacral region but also sometimes in her neck and coccyx. It is a sore, gnawing pain for the last 10 years. It is worse from turning in bed and walking.
She can have diarrhoea, worse from milk and sauerkraut, worse in the afternoon.
She has a hallux valgus which has been operated on twice.
She is very precise and punctual.
It is difficult for her to say no to others, to disappoint them, which gives her the feeling that she takes into account everyone, except herself. She is modest, raised that way and similar to her mother.
She worked for a long time in the tourist industry But she had enough of people lamenting. Later she became a director secretary. She started taking care of her mother. She had good contact with her father and although he was away from home most of the time, it was party time when he came home. She becomes emotional and starts weeping when she thinks of him.

Follow up
After Polygonum punctatum MK she starts feeling better. She is less emotional, is more energetic, feels less stressed and has less grief about her father. She has hardly diarrhoea and less backaches. She sleeps better. After 3 months and 3 repetitions more she is doing well. Her energy is good. She is more stable and powerful.
