Woman, 60, knee problems.
She has pains in her left knee, extending to the lateral side. It feels sore, like a nerve pain, as if a shopping trolley is colliding with her tibia. It feels like a kind of memory, as if it has been there always. It is worse in the night, from 12 to 3 am, worse form lying on her side. It is better from stretching her leg and ankle, lying on her back. It is worse when she wakes from her husband complaining. In the daytime it is better, but worse when she is ascending or descending stairs.
She feels as if she cannot stand on her legs, cannot stand on her own. It feels like being a bit a zombie, as if in dream state. It started when she retired form her job as a teacher for little children, which gave her much joy and where she could be very creative. At the same time her husband got sick and weak. She had to do much for him, but she could hardly help him in his pains. She felt powerless and lost much sleep due to his moaning in the night. She feels lame when she has to do too much. She feels out of balance. She hopes it is the last cramp, just a little while longer and then it's over, a new life can begin. She wants to be creative, spontaneous, alive, vital, to enjoy life to the fullest, to be free to life her own life. She can be angry at him, but holds it in most of the time.
Her left ear is blocked impairing her hearing.

Follow up
After one month and 3 doses of Persicaria capitata C30 she is doing much better. Her sleep is better as she does not awake from her pains. She can walk better upstairs and downstairs. She feels more relaxed, less burdened by the problems of her husband.
It came back a little after some 5 months, but with a repetition of the remedy it got better again. 8 months later she hardly has knee problems and feels good.
