Woman, 60, Sjögren’s disease.
She has burning pains of her eyes.
Her husband is treating her in the traditional Chinese way: the wife has to do everything, the housework, cooking, cleaning and the man do not have to do anything. Discussions with him have no effect, he recognises what she says but it does not change. In the past she had problems with his parents who expected her to be their servant. When she was in China with her husband the traditional ways were even worse, the women had to walk some distance behind their man.
She is well educated, having her own academic job.
Follow up
After Paullinia cupana MK she changes her attitude of being servile. It becomes so natural that her husband starts helping her with the housework without her asking much. She is not bothered by the problem anymore. Her Sjögren’s disease decreased for more than half.
