Man, 20, hyperventilation.
He has had attacks for 10 years. With it he has palpitations and a pain in his chest as if something wants to come out. He sweats a lot and has a weak feeling in his legs, as if they were glass. He is very tired and can sleep all day. He has nausea and has to vomit gall. He has diarrhoea after exertion which is worse from soup and apple juice. He feels very nervous and has vertigo as if the sea is in turmoil and cannot calm down.
He has cramps in his fingers, legs, calves and toes which are worse in the night and from tension. He is easily tired from ascending and driving a car. In the past he has had backaches in his lumbar region which was diagnosed as sciatica.
He works as a truck driver and work goes on and on. He cannot act calmly.
One can have arguments with him, but he becomes explosive when he is ridiculed.
He cannot stand sailing, it makes him very sick.
Dream: falling into a hole.
Weather: cold feet when wet.
Sweat: lower part of the body, < night.
Time: < autumn.
Desire: raw food, salad, beans, better, all cheese, salt; tobacco !, coffee.
Aversion: meat, milk.
Food: coffee makes him vomit.

Follow up
After Nicotiana tabacum MK he is doing much better. He does not come back because he does so well.
