Woman, 40, burnout.
She is chaotic, not very orderly and cannot concentrate very well. She has a jumpy quality, which she does in reality, also at work. It is better in a new environment. It was greatly aggravated when her husband had cancer and she feared he would die. She had many fears since she felt emotionally dependent on him, a kind of symbiotic relationship.
She coughs a lot, especially when she is nervous. Bronchitis is her weak spot; she had it severely in piuberty. She also had a lung inflammation for weeks. She did not have fever but got it after a bronchoscopy. Later she had recurrent otitis, an ear infection with discharge. Her ear is an indicator if she is well.
She is a journalist in the alternative style. She works in free radio and alternative projects, with alternative printing companies. She wants different opinions and views to become acknowledged. She wishes people to create their own media and develop themselves. She likes media projects with funk-music. She worked for a few years in Mexico with her husband. They had lots of friends and had a very good time. They lived in two worlds, it was marvellous.
She has difficulties making decisions. For 10 years she had two relationship and could not decide between them. She does not have children and feels that she is not someone to have children. She cannot organise herself, how could she manage her children?
With most things she waits until the last moment. She is very precise, she has to watch things carefully before starting. She is doing too many things at the same time, like watching 5 movies at once. This is like her mother, who is so fast that she does not finish her sentences.
In the past she had the idea that she had to be chaotic in order to be free.
When she was 18, her father became bankrupt. It made her feel guilty as she had the feeling that she had to save her father. Her father became depressed and started drinking alcohol, lived from social welfare. He died soon after.
As a child she was never allowed to be angry. In primary school she was a very nice pupil.
She has one elder sister and a twin brother. She was raised as a liberal.

Follow up
After 4 weeks she is more concentrated, has better energy and feels emotionally better. As a reaction she was very tired for a few days, as if in a trance but with good mood. In the past she was always hours too late, now she has suddenly time for everything. She developed eczema on her neck, red and dry, which she also had in the past. She has no bronchitis or coryza.
Four months and four repetitions later her energy and concentration are much better. She is more in balance instead of having mood swings. She has no backaches anymore. She had a coryza once.
After 8 months she is still doing very well.
