Introduction
They are very sensitive and refined and have high ambitions. They are neglected and left alone by others, by boyfriends, parents and friends. This can make then very sad and angry, but they won’t show that. They feel they have to behave refined and neat. Their grief can lead them to spirituality, trying to find the answers to the problems of life. Or they can try to compensate their grief in their work, becoming a respected and renowned artist, scientist or manager. They want to prove themselves.

Prover 1.
Lightness, hilariousness, smiling internally, firework, feast on a terrace in the summer, take life easy, carry the light from insight out.
The tail fin of a fish is laying in a boot. Pulsating of the back in the region of the heart, as if my left side (arm, shoulder, left side of my head) was torn out which left a swollen and heavy sensation. From the remaining right side the left side regenerates in form of orange and magenta whirls. The left arm felt heavy and swollen for about 4 hours. Then I saw again the fish, which was now whole again still floundering desperately in the boot. Finally the fish swims peacefully in the sea.
Prover 2.
Strong palpitations and swelling of the solar plexus. I felt the pulse till in my ears. My lower body felt heavy till in the legs.
When coming back my breathing became more quiet and mental I was more quiet. My hands and feet were still hot and my legs were still heavily.
Prover 3.
Oppression and pressure on the chest, like a load, hindering breathing. My feet were cold for a while.
I had to think suddenly of an open place in a light forest.
The flower gives cheerfulness, but is also all somewhat artificial, as if cultured. They flower constantly and still there is the feeling of rest.
The small flowers in the middle stands close together, on the outside the rows become more spacious and at the border they wither and fall off. The light pressure on the chest comes and goes.
I feel attracted by their outer lila ring of flowers, such a beautiful colour. The yellow flowers in the middle feel intrusive, it remembers me of struggle, competition; it is the middle of life. Later I feel collection was that outer ring which is the group of elderly people will give protection and rest.
Prover 4.
Yellow and light green colour like from freshly sprouting leaves.
Yellow and rose, this plant has fascinated me always because of the courageous and uncommon combination of colours. I think it can be a plant that has a connection with the solar plexus and the heart chakra, with liver and heart themes, with emotions like unripe love, love coming from fear and dependency, and ripe love from the heart.
Tension in the muscles around the eyes and around the mouth, trembling. The corners of the nouth go downward with a feeling of bitter lovers and sadness. The heart beats strongly, very strongly [this had begun already before the proving and I was wondering about it before the seminar], in the cervical region and bounding in the whole body. The legs also began to feel tense especially the lower legs, like an inner trembling. The whole body is tense and restless. See and forests, untouched nature.
The small circulation, flowing of energy through the chakras in the back high and the lower ones in the front, it happens spontaneously and gives rest and relaxation, a being in the middle. When the legs became quiet, I can come in a total relaxation by deciding to let go, so that I have the feeling I can falsely directly.
I need only a little trust and then everything is good, I feel totally quiet and content.
A carousel turning faster and faster. It means that we have to allow ourselves and live all the aspects of our personality in life, only then we can become whole.
An image of the inner circle tables. At other times the different parts of the personality are sitting at a long square table, but this time they are sitting around a big round table, all are sitting together in harmony. I noticed the muscles around the mouth making grimaces. I feel how the position of the mouth changes with the emotions and shows the information that one can do that deliberately. By laughing one feels cheerful. By clenching the teeth one can feel anger. So both is possible, on one hand that the emotions determine the mimic, and on the other hand that deliberate mimic can change the emotions.
The circulation goes by itself; first from left to right, then from right to left. Then the circulation closes between upper and lower chakra.
Cemetery [I had photographed near a cemetery which was near the beach; harmonious going together of life and death].
Explosion, equalisation of upper and lower, left and right, total tension and total relaxation, dissociation and reintegration.
Carousel, entering it on the ground, and then with increasing speed going higher and the air, unable to discern each position, unification by looking up to higher values. Strong influence on the heart and muscles especially in their head and face, and legs.

Prover 5.
Very strong palpitations, pricking and heat in the hands and feet, feeling of heaviness in the lower part of the body, the eyes were a large and dry.
Palpitations still strong, with the feeling that it could tear me to the ground, a stiffness in the neck region with the feeling of an inner load.
The whole day I had heavy legs and in the evening I couldn’t go upstairs. I slept as a stone without dreams.
Prover 6.
A massive pressure from above, from the head and shoulders downward, a heavy feeling like a deep sadness.
I was falling to the left, then I had a feeling of lightness. I felt an inner straightening up, becoming big, a tearing in the chest and cervical vertebral column, up to the light, to the sun. My feeling was that everything is good.
Prover 7.
Rest.
Fullness.
Colours.
Palpitations.
Prover 8.
Palpitations, vertigo, pressure and abdomen.
Industrious bees, busy, quiet without stress.
Content.
Tension in the neck region going upward.
Prover 9.
Hard versus soft.
Giving.
Cheerful, happy.

Young, friendly, cheerful, coquettish, touch me, I will dominate you, left-wing young man.
Centralised sadness, pressure on the chest.
