Test of Lantana camara (Crete, 27.5.2010)
1. picture journey
Before opening the eyes: yellow and light bright green, like freshly sprouted leaves.
After seeing the plant and closing the eyes again:
Mental: Yellow and pink: the plant has always fascinated me because of the "bold" and unusual color combination. I think it might be a plant related to the connection of the solar plexus and heart chakra, liver and heart issues, emotions/immature love ("love" from fear and addiction) and mature/heart love.
Physical: As soon as I close my eyes again, the periocular and perioral muscles begin to tense and twitch. The corners of the mouth pull down, which is associated with a feeling of bitterness and sadness. The heart beats strongly, very forcefully (started before the exam, I wondered about it when I went to the seminar), up to the neck, shaking the whole body. The legs also begin to tense, especially the lower legs, trembling internally. The whole body is in tension and restlessness.

Energetic: The Small Cycle, energy flow through the back chakras up and the front chakras down, happens by itself, which causes a deep calm and relaxation, a being in the middle. As the legs become restless, I can instantly come into total relaxation with the decision to let go, so I feel like I could fall asleep right away.
Emotionally: It only takes a little trust, then all is well, I feel totally calm, too-peaceful.
I try to get more information in the 10th chakra and I hear there that I already understood.
2nd image journey
When Jan says we should go to the center, this time I am no longer in the heart chakra, but instantly in the Higher Self, I go further into the 10th chakra, look down and see a merry-go-round that is spinning faster and faster. The information about this is that in life we may and should live all aspects of our personality, only then can we become whole. The image of the Inner Round Table then also emerges. Usually the different parts of the personality sit at a long rectangular table, but now I see a large round table where everyone sits together in harmony.
Again I feel the muscles around the mouth contorting into various grimaces. I feel the emotions changing over the mouth position and get the information that you can do this on purpose: Laugh - and you feel happy. Grit your teeth - and you feel the anger. So: Both is possible, namely that the emotion determines the facial expression, but also that the arbitrary facial expression can change the emotion.
The energy cycle happens again by itself; first a circle from left to right, then from right to left. Then the circle closes between the upper and lower soul star (8th chakra).
Jan suggests to ask for the stage: 10
Series? Gold lanthanides, possibly even radioactive series (until now I always thought these must be the shamanic plants corresponding to this series)
3. personal remarks and interpretation
After testing, I taste the unripe berries: taste like unripe tomatoes or other unripe solanaceous plants. The ripe berries remind me of blueberry or mulberry. To me, this could also be a reference to the connection of above (drugs in the solanaceous plants) and below (berry bushes close to the earth).
"Graveyard": Yesterday I photographed the plant near the cemetery. The cemetery is right next to the public baths, the plant grows on the wire fence: a harmonious juxtaposition of extreme vitality and death, "Die and become!"
"Explosion" and "balancing from above/below, left/right", total tension and total relaxation: dissociation and reintegration. In this respect, this is for me a means of stage 10, the integration of the shadow and the balancing of all opposites.
"Carousel": on the ground you enter, with increasing speed you rise higher into the air - and the higher you rise, the more indistinguishable the individual positions become: Unification through the view from a higher vantage point. This also fits to the picture of a colleague of the Great Eye (Eye of Horus?)
Physical: Strong effect on heart and striated muscles, especially in the head and face area and in the legs, esp. shins.
Before the meditation I drew a tarot card: VI The Lovers, so the theme of the duality of man/woman, integration of opposites. I had not, of course, related this to the upcoming AMP. - One-sided symptoms were given by several participants. Could it be that men felt more left side, women more right side? I think it might be worthwhile when looking through the reports to see if that is so.
