Zoology
Elephants fascinate people from time to time. These majestic creatures are the most powerful terrestrial mammals in the world. Among the three species, the largest elephant is African. These animals live for about 80 years, if their lives prematurely end the poacher. Elefants’ tusks are still a lucrative business article.
• The largest living terrestrial animal.
• The male is much larger than the female, measuring 3-4 m in the 5.80 - 7.30 m in the head and body, weighing 5.5 - 7 tons.
• The brown-gray gray skin has creases and may have a thickness of 2-3 cm in places. • Ears are large, veered.
• Large tusks are in both sexes. Kills use to secure and feed and protect herds as their weapons.
• The elephants are standing or walking on their fingers with fibrous tissue pads that dampen bumps, given the weight of the elephants.
• Choke is an extension of the nose and upper lip. In adulthood, there are up to 150,000 muscles in the jawbone. It is used for eating, drinking, dusting and water bathing as well as for communication.
• They are herbivorous. Elephants have an ineffective digestive system and only spend about 40% of what they eat. They eat a great deal. Estimated vegetation estimates range from 45 kg to 450 kg per day.
• Disruptive eating often tears the entire trees. They eat almost everything that is green, but they prefer green grass, shoots and sticks of trees and shrubs.
• The surrounding fruit and vegetable farms of all types are often attacked. The average daily water consumption for adult animals is between 100 and 200 liters of water.
Biological strategies for conservation of the genus.
• Very adaptable, elephants can survive in the woods, in the bushes or in the savannah.
• Before ovulation, females use low frequency vocalization as a reproductive strategy for attracting males, which facilitates male and female competition.
• Slonia female has been expecting a baby for 22 months. They can be born up to the age of 60.
• Once a year, after floods, elephants from all groups meet, and for several days they are socially embraced, stroked, kissed and trumped.

The basic layout of the elephant herd is a matriarchy, the older the female, the greater the respect. The female leads a group of 12-24 elephants. Group leadership is on her shoulders for decades. The oldest female is mainly here for her daughters and granddaughters. The females have an immense devotion to their children. Males are excluded after 10 years and moved away and live lonely life, and later in adulthood they create new flocks with other elephants. Groups of relatives stay relatively close and often communicate with each other. In times of danger, the community is also a community with over 200 individuals.
