A basically kind, but excited and loquacious French ex-legionnaire with kidney cancer, who does not get over his war experiences in Algeria. He spontaneously gets talking and can hardly be stopped. He is haunted by constant thoughts about war and crime. The ruling class of politicians all lie, he feels completely dominated and crushed, has no say in the big affairs. Once he was run over on purpose by officers in a Jeep. He says his wife talks a fighting machine. His anus feels as if a fuse is burning up along his rectum, the rectum is all in flames, like a blowlamp.
