633.41.06 Juncus effusus, Case
Man, 40, sleeplessness.
He wakes at 4 am and cannot get back to sleep.
He has recurrent, chronic coryza, with headache, pain in his whole body, as if it bubbles and is stiff and tense. The complaints are worse from cold, fasting, stress, lamenting of people, and better with eating, being in bed.
He has sudden contracting pains in his left chest, as if the nipple is retracted, better from rubbing.
He has hayfever symptoms, with burning eyes, attacks of sneezing, dry cough.
The complaints started after his father died. He had a good contact with his father and misses him very much.
He is closed, talks easily but without saying much. He is optimistic, cheerful, modest, playing down his achievements. He likes company, chatting. He works longs hours and is a bit an outsider in the family. Sex life with his wife is on a very low level.
Dream: his wife and children are gone.
