Woman, chronic sinusitis.
She has chronic maxillary sinusitis. Her nose is completely blocked with nasal congestion. It is worse from cold and damp weather, lilies, lying down, in the evening, cats, house dust, in crowds, with people around her, for instance her parents.
She feels that she must protect herself against her family. Her family is very primary in their reactions, she is more secondary. She is very sensitive to criticism, especially from in-laws, for instance telling her that she is ineffective as a mother.
She sometimes has palpitations,worse from fat and alcohol.
As a child she had eczema, later chilblains on her hands.
She has regular gastro-enteritis with diarrhoea with severe vomiting and middle ear infection, right sided.
Temperature: chilly.
Desire: cheese, savory, chocolate, fish, bacon; previously acid and lemon.
Aversion: fava beans, rhubarb.
Intolerance: fat and milk.
She works as a legal assistant. She had a burnout and was home for one and a half years due to a dominant employer. She felt like a pawn in a power struggle.
She is the mother of two children and was unable to care for the children for a long time, her mother came to help.
Theme in her life: stuck somewhere where she cannot get out.
She can only occupy her own space with difficulty only.
Analysis
Silicon series: < crowds, people, parents.
Lanthanides: own space; dominant employer.
Asteraceae: sinusitis.
Stage 5: own space difficult; powerless.
Follow up
After 8 weeks her head is much less full, nose open; brighter in the head, feels less confusion, more in her power. She makes radical choices, to leave her husband. She chooses for herself. She does not let others go over her limits anymore.
After 7 months it is going very well, lives just by herself.
