Case 2.1
A 22-year old woman comes with fatigue, which she already for four months. It’s worse in the morning. It started with a kind of flue, with low fever, nausea and diarrhoea.
She also developed a lot of fear of people. She fears things would go wrong and people would see it, especially in public places as in the bus. [Began to cry telling about it.] When she is in the bus, she has nausea and diarrhoea and urging. Once she left the bus after two stops and took a bus home and went to bed. Once home, her urge for stool was ineffectual.
It started all after she had problems with a girlfriend. She went to a sports club where she passed her girlfriend in sports. The friend didn’t like it, they quarrelled and the friendship ended. She feels used, because she was ready to help and listen for years.
She had also other fears, like in an airplane. She couldn’t look out the window of the airplane and had diarrhoea from all the stress. It became more and more difficult where there were many people. At restaurants she feared she would become ill, so she couldn’t do that anymore.
Severe vertigo, < rising like a low blood pressure.
She has spots before the eyes.
Acne < chocolate.
She has blond hair combed back over ratted hair, hanging below shoulders and make up. She’s loquacious.

Analysis
The fatigue syndrome is a strong indication for the Fabaceae. There are also many symptoms that point to Nitricums. Nitricums have the fear of being closed up too, and the desire to be able to go out.
Confirming the Fabaceae are: <- beans
Confirming the Nitricums are: <- fat, < 9am, fun and joy are gone.
A search with vertigo in the Fabaceae leads to Genista.
The threat is also reminding of the Solanaceae and Genista contains scopolamine (dd Stramonium).
Reaction
One month after Genista tinctoria MK she did much better. Four months later all the complaints were gone.
Three years she was doing well. But a new girlfriend is doing the same thing.
The friend was always having problems and she was ready to hear them, and help her settle her new house etc. But when the patient was moving to her new house, the friend wouldn’t help. She told the friend: “OK, you can call me your best friend, but to me you are just a friend.” Soon she began to hear slander about herself.
Genista tinctoria MK helped through that problem again.
