Man, 30, headache.
He has headaches, coming from his neck and going to behind his right eye. It is worse from looking tense, tension from new things and talking in public. His heart races and he has throat pain.
It started during the initiation of a student association and he did not sleep for 2 weeks. He is anxious around people and dogs. Once he had an attack of hyperventilation in a room full of people with the feeling the world was perishing, everything was unreal.
Fear: people, dogs, heights.
Fear of blaming himself in public, with trembling and stammering.
He has strabismus, myopia, concussion, pneumonia, influenza.
Aversion: psychotherapy, thinking he is not crazy.
