Woman, 50, pharyngitis.
She has throat pain and hoarseness, worse from cold and wind. She has stitching pains in her ears and she is worn out. Her molars are hurting which is extending to the front of her ears. She has burning pains in her mouth with a disgusting taste. Her tongue is painful and covered yellow.
The complaints are connected to having few social contacts. In childhood and puberty she had few friends. She was afraid to be ridiculed and bullied. She avoiding situations and places where she had been scolded. At dancing lessons she was never asked, in Dutch called a wallflower. She froze when something was expected from her.
She worries about trifles, almost everything.
She cannot do what she wants to and cannot refuse things to people.
She likes to paint and make drawings but never comes to it.
Aversion: cabbages.
Female: menses copious.

Follow up
After Erysimum cheiri MK her complaints decrease quite fast to almost nothing. After a month she feels more positive and happy, has more energy and has taken up her painting and drawing hobby.
