Mind
They have the feeling that they are powerless to do anything for the family. This leads to feelings of guilt. In order to get rid of those guilt feelings they try to do as if they didn’t have a real responsibility, that it wasn’t their duty or task to do anything for the family. Or they try to persuade themselves and other of the fact that the family themselves didn’t want the help or them as in a person anymore, so what could they have done anyway.
They feel they have to take care of family, children, but they feel no love, go to other woman, feels guilt.
Guilt: having left spouse and children, not taken care of them.
Guilt, anxiety conscience, delusion crime.
Reserved, taciturn, > alone, -> escape
Sexual. Lascivious.
Sad, tearful, despondency, melancholia, entangled in their problems, complaining.

Pupils, irregular, mydriasis. Vision: dim, blindness, diplopia, #3 S objects yellow or green. << tobacco. Dark bodies, like flies, before eyes.
Ear: cracking sounds < nap; hissing as boiling water; deaf; veins distended; stitching, swelling behind ear; contraction pain in ear. parotid swollen.
Face bluish, pale; red < chilly; veins distended. Cheeks cramping, drawing; lips blue, dry, eruption. Eruption, black pores, suppurating, chin, cheek.
Nose: # pain at root << vomiting. Coryza + hoarseness.
Mouth. taste sweet, bitter, clammy; bread tastes bitter; 3 salivation.
Tongue blue, clean, thick, flabby, distended veins. Toothache.
Respiration, 3 difficult irregular, slow ~< falling asleep. deep sighing. -> deep.
Cough, dry < menses suppressed, bronchitis. Chest, raw sore. <- talking. Asthma, cardiac
Lungs, S compressed, congested; S constricted, tied up in bundles. Haemoptysis. pneumonia senile.
Expectoration, bloody, sweet, like boiled starch, like prune juice, << menses suppressed.
Blood doesn’t coagulate.
Chest: sore, raw, smarting, weakness, congestion; contraction, pressure << bending, tension > breathing deep.
$ Heart weak, 3 failing, dilated, fibrillating, block, irritable. Pulse, 3 weak intermittent, irregular dicrotic < sitting up. Pulse slow, slower than heart < recumbent posture. Palpitation, 3 fast << motion, unequal. Heart feels stopping if he moves, breathes; #S torn loose and swaying, hanging on a thread. Mitral disease. Hypertrophy. Heart stitches frequent. cyanosis. Pericarditis, copious serous; angina pectoris <, raising arms, motion.
$ Stomach, 3 nausea, deathly. # weak, fainting.
Burning extending oesophagus. 3 neuralgia = eating.

Stool, 3 white chalky ashy pasty. diarrhoea.
Urine: dark, hot, burning, ammoniacal, turbid; brick-dust. suppressed
urging, continuous, in drops, strangury. Bladder, S full. Bright's disease.
urethra S too small, constriction. burning, 3 inflamed. S something running out of urethra.
pain, sharp cutting 3 throbbing, S straw thrust back forth, < night.
Kidney contracted. Uremia
Genitals, swelling dropsical, weak < coitus. emissions, spermatorrea. impotence.
Prepuce oedema. balanitis, gonorrhoea, thick white yellow discharge. phimosis.
Scrotum enlarged, hydrocele, large full with water. prostate enlarged, senile.
Testes swollen, bruised.
Menses, labour-like pains, abdomen back < before menses. copious.
Breast shuddering.
Dropsy cardiac, of external and internal parts.
Back: stiff, pain, tension; neck. drawing, bruising, loins < blowing nose, S << fever.
Limbs: weak muscles, numb. Joints rheumatic, swelling white shining < night. Left arm heavy, paralytic. Sore << cough.
Hands cold one sided. Feet swollen, cold. fingers go to sleep easily, swell < night. Muscles weak, numb, S red hot wire darting through.
Skin: blue, yellow, pale; cold, dry, arid; erythema, deep red, measles, back; itch going to burning, pricking > scratching. Sores. Veins distended blue, lids, ears, lips tongue. Nails blue. Desquamation.
