Increased secretions.
A lump rises in throat. Bearing down, with bilious vomiting, < standing on feet. Menses early; of black clots; preceded by blindness. Sensation of milk flowing into mammae. Cramps from anterior thighs into uterus, before menses. Somnambulism (Pho.). Dreams of piercing bodies of her children together (Pho.).
