Woman, abdominal complaints.
She has a sad face with drooping mouth corners and eyebrows. She uses Prozac. She is withdrawn into herself, anxious.
Her menses are copious.
She had postnatal depression with both her children. She wanted to kill her children.
Her parents did not accept her. She felt treated like Cinderella, the cleaner. She held her anger in. She was unappreciated, did not belong to her family and was excluded because she did not cooperate with her family. Her parents were often fighting.
Her first husband died of cancer. She was always caring, also for her son with autism. Her second marriage is better.
She used to work in his father’s business. Now she has her own job.
