Man, 40, genital herpes.
He has herpes on his scrotum, penis and buttocks since sexual contact with a woman who later became his wife. They quarrel often and she accuses him of being egotistical whereas he felt he was adapting too much to her. It makes him feel tense as if he has no space in his chest and throat, being tightened. She told him that his observations and opinions were incorrect and that made him confused and doubting them. Afterwards he became irritated and angry. He feels tense He was sad after the divorce which he felt as a failure.
His parents divorced. His mother was depressed, suicidal and tired, lying on bed whole days. He is nice, a bit too nice and seldom angry.

Follow up
After Croton tiglium MK he starts feeling better. He is less tense, happier and has more energy. The herpes disappeared gradually in the course of 3 months.
