Man, 44, neuralgia eye.
He has Horton’s neuralgia. It is a deep, round, pressing pain in his right eye, worse in the evening and at 1 am. His eye and eyelid get red, watery and he has a clear, watery discharge from his nose. The complaints are worse from light and warmth and better from cold applications, yoga. It makes him restless, it is better by being occupied. He has attacks twice a year. It started in a period of stress from his study, being just married and having a baby.
He is tense, very responsible in his work and for his family.
He is closed, detached, not easy to get contact with, does not talk much, taciturn. He does not show weakness and says there are no problems or tensions.
He is very precise, a bit grim. He has a middle management job.
He was raised in an orthodox Christian family, unproblematic.

Aversion: spinach.
