655.43.13 Commiphora myrrha, Case
Woman, 50, cystitis.
She has recurrent cystitis with frequent urination and incontinence. With it she gets backache and bone pain.
She worked in a hospital as a therapist. She became a manager, achieved a good position. A merger with another hospital was used to ease her out of her position and fire her. She felt terrible, abused, set aside, the more so as she helped so much with the merger and was promised a better position.
Her father was very impulsive, choleric, beating his children often, closed, in a way autistic. He always tried to stop her. She had always helped her mother with the household and raising her younger siblings. She always tried to do good to get recognition. She was always the child that took the blame in the family. She was treated as the scapegoat. Later in life she worked her problems out in psychotherapy and a hate, a rage against her father surfaced. Her siblings had divided the inheritance already before the death of her parents and she was blamed for that.
She has been interested in religion and spirituality. She felt supported by God, a small part of the big cosmos. She sees everything as endless and eternal but God is something too great for her.
She was homesick when sent to a boarding school.
She has studied and her sisters envy her for that. She is not invited to family parties. She feels neglected.
