Introduction
The theme of dementia is strong. It is like a child state, more even foetal state.

Mind
Misty: dizzy, blurred, shadowy, dull; confused, disoriented, as if under a bell jar, nothing goes in, nothing goes out.
They can propel themselves drifting away, have no initiative, lost track of time.
Slow; must be sorted first slowly, indecisive because they could make a mistake and be confused; blocked internally, moves haltingly, with moves like the handbrake is on.
Walled off: like cast, inhibited movement, blocking, rigid, fixed stare, the corset of a compulsive order, overwhelmed by the expense, worry, conventions and under water, pressure is placed on one.
They can llok mechanical and seem remotely programmed, mechanically without living movement, robot-like, expressionless, mask-like.

Head: headache.
Stomach: burning, like fire, < morning.
Abdomen: liver detoxification is slow: high transaminases, liver enzymes.
Rectum: stool smells foul.
Back: spondylitis; torticollis, cervical stiffness.
Limbs: osteoarthritis, hip.
Skin: unclean; pimples, acne; burning inflammation, under the skin.
