Woman, depression.
She is very depressed during her second pregnancy. The first time she became pregnant was from an elderly unmarried neighbour. This was completely wrong in her Muslim family. They had to flee and hide to prevent honour killings. The day her daughter was born from that pregnancy her old friend was murdered by her brother. She felt literally doomed, ostracised and forever separated from luck.
She is pregnant from a Tunesian man who does not wants to marry her. So it is wrong again, the doom and misfortune for her are even stronger.
