Woman, 30, colitis.
She has diarrhoea, irregular stool, offensive flatus. It feels fixed, a stone, a ball in the bowels. It has been diagnosed as a Giardia infection from a trip to Africa after a fish barbecue. She has diarrhoea for weeks with putrid stool.
In Africa she encountered a lot of poverty but the people have so much attention to each other.
