622.72.03 Asarum canadense, Case
Case by Deborah Collins.
Woman, 55, Menier’s disease.
She is having dizzy spells and buzzing in her ears, as well as nausea.
She is very sensitive, especially for sound; even the smallest sound can drive her nearly mad, which is a real problem in her relationship.
She also suffers from depression which goes back to her childhood. Her parents were very unhappy together and fought a lot and the children were always told to be quiet and keep to themselves. She internalised all her feelings, trying to do things as well as she could, meanwhile feeling invisible in the eyes of her parents. She later turned to spirituality, seeking the peace that she could not find at home.
