Arum triphyllum

Arisaema triphyllum
Remedy code: 3-632.111.04

A five-year-old girl with a cough. Before the summer, she also had a similar cough, which disappeared immediately after Althea officinalis MK. She is a sensitive child, especially to the atmosphere, and very insecure, there is tension within the family about whether or not to keep a foster sister.
Now, half a year later, the cough has returned, for weeks: in the evenings, she falls asleep and then starts coughing, which lasts half to an hour. Also during the time from 24 - 01 hours. This week she gets headaches and sore throat from coughing. During the day, she just had a single cough, she wasn't cold, not sick this winter. Before the cough started, the mother had a 'burnout' due to problems with their foster child, with difficult behavior a lot of aggression, and many problems with the authorities. 'We all suffer from that,' it's strange for the child. The father is now more involved in raising the child. She says she doesn't want that sister in the house anymore. At school, she's difficult, but also too obedient. Physically, she still finds it difficult to let go of her mother, taking her to school. She has deeper thoughts for a young child.
She knows well what she wants and how she wants it, but she doesn't get to it.

Analysis
Cough is also prevalent, but otherwise, the resistance is fine. What is the world of this child, what are the stressful factors, and are there indications for a class or a series ('what is it about, what does it have to do with):
Carbon series: the development of the self (this is inherent to her age), parents, safety
Silicon series: family, the other children, and group processes.
Of the Aridae, only Phase 1 is known, for the child everything is new, getting used to school, spontaneous, all fitting with Subphase 1.
Stage 4: the situation, and behavior is doubt 'whether' (whether foster sister stays, or mother becomes herself again, how it will go at school, all the new things), fits with stage 4.
Qjure reports in Araceae 'unsafe', and difficulty with connection and communication.
Welte describes a case where the theme of foster child fits Arum triphyllum, because of oxalic acid as an ingredient, so the theme’s, and the idealism of the parents fits again with Phase 1.
Prescription: Arum-triphyllum C200.

Follow-up
After two weeks: she immediately no longer has a sore throat or headache from coughing, the color and energy are very good, especially compared to other children who are also coughing in the meantime. Only on the last day, no more coughing in her sleep, but a slight wheeze during the day.
What mother notices now: she is doing better at school, and with friends. At home, there are more clashes, especially with Dad, saying more about what she thinks. She is less in her head, worries less about things, no longer complains about what children say about her, no longer afraid of making mistakes. 'She has suddenly landed' in the new school situation (where she has been involved for half a year now).
The week after intake, she has a scary dream twice, then comes to lie with her mother, around 4-5 o'clock. In the last few months, a wart has appeared on her right toe, on the sole, no trouble with it. In the years to come, things go well. Development seems to be going well again, there is momentum, energy is good, and awareness is good.
