Anomodon viticulosus

Anomodon viticulosus
The wolf's foot (Anomodon viticulosus) is a strong looking moss, which grows on the stem base of deciduous trees or on shady, calcareous rock. When dry, it resembles a paw. When we first saw it in the Botanical Garden in Tübingen, we were impressed by its strong green appearance. Spraying it with water immediately made the moss, which was dry at the time, "blossom".
Martin Jakob and Britta Dähnrich have made first rovings with Anomodon viticulosus and present their cases.

Britta Dähnrich:
Woman, 65 years old
She has depression every morning, it costs her a lot of energy to go through the day; she feels no life energy, no strength.
She has cramps all over her body, which appear in attacks: especially on her hands, feet, chest and sternoclaidomastoid muscle. These cramps occur suddenly without a direct trigger.
Her basic problem is that she does not like to be in groups, she does not feel comfortable there, she feels not seen and not acknowledged. She often has the feeling that the group members are attacking her and she is often attacked. It is a feeling that anyone can trample on her, that she does not belong to the group or that she has to do a lot to be seen. She is very sensitive to criticism.
As a child she also felt like an outsider in the family. It was difficult for her to make friends, she also felt like an outsider at school. At school she was slow in learning, she made up her school leaving exams as an adult.
Her parents had built a house with several tenants. In her own apartment, no room had been provided for her and her sister. When she was about 8 years old, she got a room under the roof, three floors away from her parents' apartment. In her room she felt isolated.
She describes her relationship with her mother as distant and without emotion. She had a warmer relationship with her father, she often helped him in his trouser factory to be close to him. She felt loved by him then, but he had no time for her. She says today: "I loved my father very much, but it took me a long time to understand that he wasn't really there for me." Her father fought in Verdun during the First World War and experienced many terrible things, but he hardly ever talked about them. When her father died, she felt like she no longer had a family.
Between the ages of 12 and 17 she was sexually abused several times, she did not tell anyone at that time, because her father had always said: "If this happens to a woman, it is her own fault."
She almost died as a baby because of severe bronchitis.
She loves moss. Especially the wolf's foot, Anomodon viticulosus, she finds especially beautiful.

If this happens to a woman, it is her own fault: Phase 6.
Doesn't feel seen or recognized: Phase 2.
Middle code according to Jan Scholten: 3-333.62.6.

The main topics of Anomodon viticulosus:
Oscillating between distance and connectedness.
Connectedness is desired, but it is too vulnerable to enter.
Very sensitive in relationships.
Retreats for trifles.
Stay at a distance; aggression, hiding, fleeing.
Strong willpower.
Wants to be alone, otherwise he/she becomes aggressive.
feeling of tendon shortening on hands and feet, as if they wanted to contract into claws.
Muscle aches.

Follow up
About one year, first dose August 2016.
After taking Anomodon viticulosus C200, she feels more joy of life, she can get up well in the morning, she has more prospects for life. She has the feeling that her heart is more open, that she has more contact with people, she is not so easily "annoyed" by people. At the same time she is not so much involved with people, she can be with herself more, she can even take the position of an observer.
Her sleep is calmer and more relaxed.
She no longer feels so easily attacked by group members, and she is no longer attacked. She no longer feels so drawn into conflicts. She can deal with criticism better.
Her cramps have become much better.
These improvements have continued until today. She says that the moss has helped her a lot especially in her relationship with groups, she no longer feels at the mercy of groups, but can better represent her own point of view in the group.

Anomodon viticulosus - the wise dimension of mosses
After I had already carried out some moss proving, I went to the strong moss Anomodon viticulosus (in German Wolfsfuss). It was the beautiful strong appearance of the moss that attracted me.
Besides the usual moss topics, I came across a hitherto unknown aspect of mosses, an illustration of the "other world" of mosses.
Immediately after I had started rubbing it, I was drawn to this other world, it felt like a journey through time.

The following topics came to the fore:
Very relaxed, I don't care about anything anymore, a different state of consciousness.
A magician giggles: it's nothing special, it's all there, it's beside your world, right next to it, you just have to have eyes and ears for it.
Journey to the future: what is time?
Deep knowledge of the connections of life, ancient knowledge.
A wonderfully light feeling: I do things on the outside, but am not bound to them.
Deep acceptance and wisdom.
Everything is fine as it is.

The simplicity of wisdom impressed me very much. I had the feeling that I had come on the trail of something worth exploring and experiencing even more deeply. Could the mosses help us to discover this simple and yet deeply wise state of consciousness within us?
Here is the solution from the test:
The possibility to get to original, inner powers and experience ancient knowledge. There is the possibility to experience oneself from the observer position and to work from there. Questioning the criteria for "reality" through time and space. I am who I am. In this expanded state of consciousness everything is light, serene and free. Great difficulties and problems can be mastered from this state of consciousness.
