Man, 40, dyspnoea.
He has lack of breath since a pneumothorax at the age of twenty. It feels like an armour around his chest; he did not get out of his chair for a full year. He was diagnosed with sarcoidosis. He has psoriasis guttata on arms, legs and back since the age of sixteen. He feels weary and heavy.
Fingers: osteo arthropathy, hypertropic.
He sits stiff and closed in his chair, leaning backwards, his face like a mask, rigid, without expression like in Parkinsonism. He is very closed, silent, cannot express emotions or show his vulnerability, keeps his mouth shut. His father teased him. He feels shut, life is not easy.
He does not accept himself but most of all he does not accept being on earth again. In a previous life he was a monk and did everything he was supposed to do and he had thought the reward would be that he would never have to come back and live another life on earth. But now he is here again.
He is like on a cloud, watching earth, not really participating in life, in work, in emotions or any earth stuff. He had no job for years, although he was good at his work as bookkeeper and software writer. He can solve problems, is very clear, mentally overdeveloped.
He feels there is no free will. “I do not trust God so I isolate myself”.
He is very religious, meditating and praying every day, searching a suitable method, trying Greek-orthodox prayer, studying the ‘Course in Miracles’.
He is gentle but can be self-destructive in smoking and drinking too much alcohol. He even jumped in front of a car once after an excess of alcoholic beverage.
He did not fit into his family, felt no connection. His mother sacrificed herself, did everything for her children but without joy, contact, warmth or love. His mother felt her own life was over on having children.
He misses a relationship, deep down. He has not a very active sex life, it is difficult to maintain a good erection.
He always picks the Tarot card the Hermit. He feels a double Hermit.
Fear: making a woman pregnant; contagious diseases.
Aversion: sauerkraut.
Desire: coffee, alcohol.
Analysis
Apiaceae: no love from mother; very mental; no real connection to people; dry chin; breast problems; alcoholism; monk; impotence.

Follow up
After Angelica archangelica 30K once a week his psoriasis became less thick, his energy better and the oppression of the chest less.
After Angelica 200K he slowly descended from his cloud to earth. He drinks less alcohol, his chest complaints have dissolved for 80%, his psoriasis is nearly gone and he has just had the most romantic evening with a girl. He remains very conscientious but is much more open and relaxed.
Magnesium muriaticum 200K had little effect.
