Anemone nemorosa

Anemone nemorosa
Case by Thomas Vyboch
Man, age 30, generalized anxiety disorder and food intolerance.
He has an eczema on face and hands after eating ordinary food. He needs to be on a very strict diet. But what bothers him more is anxiety. It started when he was a child and saw a movie, where a man poisoned some food in grocery and afterwards some customer died. Then the patient realized that the world is a dangerous place. Year by year his anxiety grew. In university he tried marihuana and afterwards he went into psychosis. He used antipsychotics and it lasted about one year to come out from that condition. But his life was never like before. He lives in permanent fear and tries to control his anxieties. He can never be fully relaxed, because part of his brain needs to have control over the anxieties. He is very angry about the world. He does not allow himself to be happy, he needs to be alert, because if something dangerous happens, his idea about the dangerous world is confirmed.

After three months his eczema is almost gone. He says he does not remember the time, when his skin was in such good condition. Now he can eat anything. His mental state significantly improved. He says it is at least 85% better. After half a year he is still okay.
